Whenever I read somebody's Home Page, I wish that I knew more about the one who wrote it. How else would I know how much to believe of what they say?

So I thought I would include something about my background, to help you understand where I'm coming from, and where I am trying to go from here.

A Brief Biography

My earlier avocational interests included the "mechanisms" of biological systems (bionics), the basis of belief systems (comparative religions), systems theory, general semantics, geophysical and biological cycles, solar and lunar influences on living systems, etc.

My more recent interests focus on the microbiology of cell functions, chaos and complexity theory, consciousness, the mind-body problem, sociology, etc.
